Days seem extra long when you're cooped up at home... but at least there's tv, comp, piano, books and baking to keep me occupied... today... i baked apple cinnamon muffins... they smell good ( abit like mac's apple pie) and i added some raisins... haha... to make it more chewy... another piece of news is that my cousin (the older one) is coming back from shanghai next tuesday!!!!! i kinda miss her... luckily 6 months flew past like a breeze... hmmm.... that's about all... i shall post some pictures of the muffins to make you guys drool...
