stuff...
okay.. a lot happened lately... like going for symphonia rehearsals... lab lessons.... lectures... laptop problems... etc.... but I'll try to include everything and make it short...

firstly, symphony orchestra... one word: busy! haha.... what else but busy... i have to lug vivi to school and endure weird stares and whispers from ignorant people who keep saying that my vivi is a small guitar... well.. not that i could blame them for doing that.. i mean.. they really don't know what does a violin case look like... here is a picture:



see.. isn't vivi wonderful? haha.. well.. not so wonderful when the bus is full.... (sometimes i wish i played a harmonica instead.... haha...) and there is the practices... which would drag until maybe 9.30pm at night... and by the time i walk out of school and take the mrt to braddell station where my dad picks me up, it would be like 10pm already... and by the time i reach home.. it would be around 10.30 or later... and after having a quick shower and drying my hair... i would just go to bed and wake up the next day feeling like I'm having a hangover...




secondly, is school stuff... so many new changes.. using facebook for one of the modules... creating a web blog for project... doing some lab notebook thingy... it's like... stress!!!! hahaha.... but yeah... it's sort of fun too.. (:



thirdly is lappy... the microsoft office is like gone ever since i reformatted it... and I'm like using the trial version of something now.. and the stupid thing keeps asking me to key in product key and keeps saying rubbish like you have 7 more tries before the ms office blah blah.... and yeah... I'm like in deep shit because i can buy the ms office from the school bookshop but it takes like what 2 months for stock to arrive... wth!!! 2 months?!?! might as well wait for this semester to be over then come stock!!! argh!!! so stupid!!!



okay... now it's the last one... yes.. i want 48 hours a day... i hardly touch the piano.... and vivi is played every now and then and during practices.... and also.. i can't sight sing for nuts... argh!!! I'm so going to fail that part for practical exam....



okay.. that's all for my ranting.... I'll try to update more often and erm.. rant less about unhappy stuff.. and erm..... share my happy memories? haha.. that sounded weird.. but you guys get my point... (:

school is fun!!!
haha!! yayay!!! i love school!!! i love microbiology lab!!!! haha!!! i saw the cells moving today!!!! they were alive!!! alive!!!! haha!!! so cute!!! they were moving!!! moving!!! hahahahaha!!!! okay.... now i must calm down... ohmmmmmmmm......

STRESSED!!!!!!
okay.. I'm stressed... i have like pimples sprouting on my face.. and i am extremely short/bad/quick tempered.... and i also have this urge to find nice dark corner, cover myself with a blanket in that nice corner, plug in my headphones, and listen to music..... and i also feel like wearing black clothes and just be emo/Gothic or something... it's just.. yeah.. i want to be all dull and dreary and hopefully people won't disturb me... anyway... went to the temple to pray today.. and i dropped my joss sticks... is it a bad sign? my sister was like: i have never seen anyone drop their joss sticks before... and i was like thinking: omg! a bad omen!!! but then again... isn't it suppose to be joss sticks break=bad omen? okay.. i really don't know lah.... forget it.. let's just try to cheer up and get into fan girl mode.... inuyasha!!!


the snow inuyasha looks... erm... so real... hahaha...

School again
really really tired out.... sch was fun.. it was good to be able to meet my friends and talk to them again... and it turns out that alot of changes are happening in school... like the use of facebook in learning.. and making a blog for a project... the horror of it all... now i can't even blog without feeling like it is homework and i still have to go create a facebook account if not i can't get lecture notes and stuff.. argh!!! so ma fan!!!! okay.. that's all for now....

countdown to end of holidays!!!!
okay.. really sad now... only erm.... 3 more days left of the holidays... (if you count today...) okay.. forget it.. only 2 more days left to holidays... sigh! i want my holidays back!!!! argh!!! damn!!! there's still so many things i want to do... like read more manga and watch more anime.. sigh!!! okay.. I've decided.. I've played enough for the whole holidays.. so now it's the time to work hard!!! and next holidays/ semester break... which will be... erm... 15 to 28 December.... yeah!!! can't wait for it!!! hahaha!!! okay.. now... about the new semester.... the time table sucks.. big time... hahaha... and we are so dead... i think.... yeah.. anyway.. there's only 6 subjects this semester.. which is good... and we have no electives!!! hooray!!! yepps.. that's all for now....

okay.... now let's go to a happier topic... like... inuyasha.... (:
but I'm kind of pissed with the 'ending' for the anime.. it's not even complete!!!! so irritating!!!! and i don't think the anime people are going to continue the anime even though the comic is completed already.... (okay.. for people who are new to this... the anime's storyline follows the one of the manga very closely... and the anime had a premature ending because the anime series caught up with the manga... and so they stopped the anime...)

yeah.. so the anime is left dangling and incomplete.... argh.. so irritating... ah well.. at least the manga is complete.... oh.. and yeah... OKTO channel is coming soon!!!! it's a channel for teenagers somewhat affiliated to kids central... and yepps.. there is going to be anime!!! yes!!! anime!! please... i hope they don't show anime at late time slots at 11pm like on arts central... so at least i might be able to catch the anime... (:

yepps.. anyway.. when i was trying to tune the tv set to okto channel.. i accidentally scrambled all the channels... and yeah.. had to slowly find the channels back and set them to their respective numbers so my parents won't notice... :P i replaced the malay channel with the okto channel since we don't watch it at all...

yepps... oh.. and today had the MINDS carnival.. and all the erm... intellectually disabled people came.. and luckily I'm in charge of a games booth... phew... it was tiring.. having to encourage them and give out prizes and explain the rules to them.. our game was pretty simple... it's called ping pong passing... they first had to find 2 other friends to play the game... and each had a plastic spoon and had to pass ping pong balls from one end to another... yeah.. pretty easy and well.. sort of silly.. but they seemed to enjoy themselves.... and yes... keith is the one in charge of the stall.. and I'm his helper... yeah.. all i can say is... he's driving me to my grave.. he keeps telling me everything last minute.. argh!!! can't stand him... egoistic males never fail to amaze and irritate me... okay.. amazed because it's just that it is always unbelievable stupid.... and irritating because.. it just gets on my nerves.. argh!!! guys.. can't stand it!!!

okay.. forget it... I'm going to start b****ing about the whole thing really bad if i continue... so.. I'll stop for today...

some changes to this blog
yes... this blog is now full of inuyasha.... the music.. the little pictures.... haha... i wanted to change my blogskin to a inuyasha one.. but couldn't find one that was nice.... well.. at least i found one.. but the colours are like brown.. and eww.. so dreary looking.... the rest are like weird because the pictures don't work, blog entries are jumbled all over the place... etc..... dunno lah.. so i decided to just forget it and customize my own blogskin.... so now there are little pictures of inuyasha all over.. haha... so happy exploring...

oh... i'm so addicted to inuyasha.... especially the songs.... XD

More inuyasha!!!
okay... I'm currently in fan girl mode...inuyasha!!! hahaha!!! okay... firstly, I'm really irritated with English dubs... inuyasha sounds so weird... everyone sounds so unatural... argh... i dunno why.. but i have something against English dub.... Japanese dub with English subs is so much better...

anyway... it is easy to find inuyasha episodes online... but like.. erm.. 80% are English dubs... yucks.. i rather not watch.... and so.. even if i do find Japanese dub, English subs... the links are often broken and the video taken down by the hosting sites... sigh... so it's very irritating to watch with missing episodes too.... and here's the worst part... the subs suck... yes... okay.. now I'm going to give Japanese lessons...


youkai is demon, hanyou is half demon (human+demon parents... like inuyasha...)


and so... in the first episode... when inuyasha stole the shikon no tama (some stupid crystal that is powerful but will be pure or tainted depending on the user.. blahs...) he gleefully said in japanese:


yes! with the shikon no tama, i can finally become a full youkai!

(PS: he is a hanyou (half demon), so by absorbing the crystal, he can gain more youkai powers and become a full demon)


and the English subs read: yes! with the shikon no tama, i can become a real ghost!


wth!!! if you want to be a ghost, just jump off a cliff or something.... argh... can't stand it... and later in the episode... the subs referred to inuyasha as a half goblin... argh... that was the last straw.. i totally gave up after that.... sigh... so... luckily... my cuz mx said she has the episodes on vcd in Japanese dub with English subs!!! ahahahah.... i was so happy... hmmm.. but then... i hope she remembers to pass it to me.... hehe.. i shall give her little nudges every now and then.... (:


so... there is officially 1 week left of my darling precious holidays!!! argh!!! why didn't i get addicted to inuyasha earlier? sigh... that means... 167 episodes... erm... 20 mins each if i don't watch the intro song and ending song... so... 3340 mins, 55hours and 40 mins of anime to complete... hahaha.. okay.. i would need to watch 9+ hours of anime a day to finish.. my gawd.. I wish I could do that... but my parents would most likely kill me... :P


so... i guess i'll watch slowly then.. since school is gonna start soon.... yepps.. maybe 2 hours in the weekends or something.. yepps... and hmm... yeah.... inuyasha!!!! anyway.. i realised that it is pretty hard to read my blog because all the words like all clump together.. so from now on i'll try to make paragraphs... that's all for today... yay! yay! finished the whole inuyasha manga already!!! phew... it was a pretty epic manga.. super long... erm.. 558 chapters... 56 books i think... haha.. and yay! it's a happy ending!!! *spoilers ahead* they got married!!! inuyasha and kagome got married!!! well.. there was no wedding ceremony.. but when sesshomaru (inuyasha's older half brother) 'flew' past them, kagome cheekily called out: onii saan! (meaning brother-in-law) and sesshomaru, being the usual cold person gave her a really nasty glare... kagome turned to inuyasha who said: there was a nasty ring to it... hahaha.. so cute of them.... omg.. i'm so going to be addicted to inuyasha.. come to think of it... my sec 3-4 geography teacher was also a fan of inuyasha.... haha.. well... all i can say is: inuyasha rocks!!!! woohoo!!!! hope this isn't a passing thing.... i keep jumping from anime to anime... from howl's moving castle, to escaflowne, to nodame cantabile, to akazukin chacha, to ayashi no ceres, to houshin engi, to inuyasha... well.. there was more in between.. just that it would be bothersome to put in.... and yeah... not to mention.. jumping between anime is pretty costly... because there would be the 3 phrases of madness... phrase one: obsessively watching/ reading the anime and manga.... phrase two: obsessively listening to the original soundtrack of the songs... phrase three: obsessively buying figures, poker cards, plush toys and other collectibles of the anime... and then after these three phrases.... i'll just get distracted by another anime and the cycle continues.... by then... i would have racked up hundreds of dollars on buying soundtracks, dvds, poker cards, coin pouches, plushies... etc... yeah... to date... i've spent more then 300 bucks on anime over 2 years.... it's a pretty small amount compared to some people i know (lucky fellows) but... i'm trying to kick the habit of buying soundtracks every time i go out.... like in sec 4... i would buy a cd every time i went out with my friends.... it's like.. must buy if not might as well not go out..... yeah.. now i'm much better.... i don't impulse buy anymore.... but sometimes will hand itchy.... so one way to solve the problem is going to hmv... because the prices of everything is jacked up and so bloody expensive... yet.. my anime soundtracks there cost like 45.90 to 69.90 there... just because it is directly imported from japan.... sigh.... my soundtracks.... *sniff* at any rate.. i WILL pop by mj multimedia soon.... i MUST go there and have a look at the soundtracks available.... ps: anime fans... go to mj multimedia for your OSTs... it's like cheaper.. between 16.90 to 30+... because the soundtracks are parallel imports from taiwan/ hong kong etc.... support your favourite anime by buying the real thing (if possible)

random story of the day: inuyasha
okay... less than 2 weeks left of the holidays.... so yepps... better cut down on the playing and start studying soon... and yes.. now currently reading inuyasha... it's pretty funny and exciting when they go on their adventures and fight the baddies and try to get the shikon fragments... hmmm... come to think of it... it's a pretty classic plot... girl falls into another world by accident.. meets the guy... go on adventures together to get some treasure etc... meet a few companions on the way... fight monsters... get weapon upgrades.... find out who is the real bad guy... meet him and fail to kill him for a few times.... blah blah... hmmm.. pretty predictable.. but good to pass time with... yeah.. hopefully... i can finish the while thing today... haha.. and here's my favourite scene: inuyasha in kagome's world.. trying to kill a cockroach with tessaiga (his sword) in the background... are kagome's grandfather and younger brother looking on in er... horror? hahaha...


the poor cockroach.. or more like the poor kitchen.... hahaha...

all things japanese!!!!
Yay!! Yay!! Really happy lately!!! Because i finished reading houshin engi online!!!! and yes mx.. i totally agree with you.. the manga is so much better... (just that it is b&w and don't move...) anyways.... i'm here to ramble about anime and manga today!!! yay!!! okay.. firstly.. manga... hmm... they always have better storylines and more interesting plots.. but.. the downside is that.. they are in black and white (most of the time) and the pictures don't move at all... so it's really up to you to imagine the fighting sequences, etc... yepps... but... the anime itself.. is in colour!!! and the pictures move.. hahaha.. okay.. sounds so stupid.. but it's a true fact.. >.<
so.... now here's the debate... which is better? manga or anime? in my opinion... both have their pros and cons.. but it is really up to the readers/ watchers of manga/ anime to decide... because in the case of houshin engi... the anime screwed up the whole storyline.. but... i'm glad there is an anime because it allows me to watch the characters in action.. eg: suupushan flying around, taikoubou acting like an idiot.. etc... yeah.. so i think... the manga first captures the audience.. then, the anime comes along to con them to watch their favourite characters in action.. and then, they start selling figurines and other crap things to get our money... huh huh... really cunning businessmen.. in the end.. it's just for our money..... okay.. i have decided that.. both are the same... because they are both after our money... haha.. come to think of it... I've been conned... when i look at my collection of anime soundtrack... i start to wonder.. why did i buy this? i don't listen to it anymore.... (okay.. maybe i was obsessively listening to it for one month before getting crazy over another anime...) well.. looks like.. anime and manga are evil.. but who cares... i seem to enjoy them.... (:



wow... i realised that i digressed from the original topic completely... ahh well... at any rate... ramblings are supposed to be incoherent.... :P
