stationery peeves
a few minutes ago... when i went to my sister's desk to 'steal' some of her scotch tape to repair a G1 pen's cracked cover... we launched into the topic of stationery peeves.... haha yes... i listed the top few irritating traits of the 'professional stationary destroyers'
- chewing on your pen cap
- using the eraser end of your mechanic pencil (especially when you like it clean and unused)
-dirtying your highlighter tip by highlighting over ink, pencil, or a darker coloured highlighter colour)
-dropping your pen and hence destroying the tip i.e. it is a scratchy pen, no smooth writing anymore.. (PS: we observed that this ALWAYS happens to NEW pens)
- jam up hole punchers (this always happens to the nice to use hole punchers... )
- make dents on the scissors blades (this always happens to my favourite scissors... =.=''')
-use up all the staple bullets and when you really need to staple something, there are no bullets left. (gah! such irritants!!!)
- breaking your eraser (i feel like breaking your neck...)
- using the new corner of the new eraser (argh!!!)
- cracking your pen cap (the pen cover can no longer be covered securely, hence causing a big blotch of ink on your new pencil case... nooooo!!!! )
- forever have no correction tape (hello?!?! please go buy your own correction tape!!! I'm not a free stationary shop!!!)
- rulers are always borrowed and never returned... (haha.. is that my ruler i see in your pencil case?)

- here's the ultimate one :

THE PAPER BEGGAR
always borrows
~foolscap PAPER (I just don't get it... Go buy your own!!! you have money for new MP3 player, PSP and handphone but you can't afford some foolscap for below $2? what a joke!!!!)
~liquid PAPER (please refer to previous, change foolscap to liquid paper)
~tissue PAPER (please refer to previous, change liquid paper to tissue paper)

yes.. finally.. after all these years... i feel so relieved... and yes.. to those people who are stationery parasites.... GET YOUR OWN STATIONERY!!!!
